Presidente da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira de Pesquisadores em Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e Pol\u00edtica (Compol\u00edtica). Pesquisador do Instituto Nacional de Ci\u00eancia e Tecnologia em Democracia Digital (INCT-DD). Col\u00edder do grupo de Pesquisa Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e Participa\u00e7\u00e3o Pol\u00edtica (COMPA). Doutor em Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e Cultura Contempor\u00e2neas pela UFBA. J\u00e1 atuou como consultor do Banco Mundial, Bertelsmann Foundation (Alemanha), Adam Smith International (Reino Unido) e j\u00e1 foi assessor de pesquisas do Comit\u00ea Gestor da Internet (CGI.br), Labhacker (C\u00e2mara dos Deputados) e W3C Brasil e Centro de Estudos sobre Tecnologias Web. Realizou est\u00e1gio p\u00f3s-doutoral no Programa de P\u00f3s-Gradua\u00e7\u00e3o em Ci\u00eancia Pol\u00edtica da Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (UFMG).

\nProfessor of the Political Science Department of the Federal University of Paran\u00e1 (UFPR). Professor of the Postgraduate Program in Political Science (UFPR) and the Graduate Program in Social Communication (UFPR). Tutor of PET of Social Sciences of UFPR. Researcher of the National Institute of Science and Technology in Digital Democracy (INCT-DD) with headquarters at the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA) and the Center for International Government Studies (CEGOV) of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). Col\u00edder of the Research Group on Communication and Political Participation (COMPA). PhD in Contemporary Communication and Culture at UFBA. He completed post-doctoral training in the Graduate Program in Social Communication of the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG). He has experience in the areas of Political Communication and Digital Democracy with emphasis on digital campaigns, e-participation, deliberation and online conversations, open government and participatory digital budgets.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
